A festive community celebration featuring live musical acts – including a performance by country music star Lee Brice – will mark the opening of Roper St. Francis Berkeley Hospital here at Carnes Crossroads on September 22nd. Everyone is invited to come to Roper’s campus to enjoy an afternoon of family fun. In addition to the live music, there will be games and activities for kids, food trucks and exclusive tours of the new hospital.
This event is free to the general public, but you’ll need a wristband to attend.

Berkeley Hospital is the first new hospital in Berkeley County in 45 years. It is scheduled to open to patients on October 4th, providing comprehensive healthcare services to residents here, including a 24-hour emergency department, cancer care, cardiology, endocrinology, obstetrics, orthopedics, surgery and diagnostic imaging.
