Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive Amenities
Carnes Crossroads is designed as an open and inclusive community that provides convenient amenities for community members who live and work here. “Exclusive amenities” like the pool are available exclusively for residential property owners via the Carnes Crossroads Property Owners Association. The parks, playgrounds, and trails at Carnes Crossroads are non-exclusive amenities, intended primarily for residents and open to the public. For this reason, the Carnes Crossroad Town Association covers a significant portion of maintaining these non-exclusive amenities.
Make Plas to Join In This Year’s Halloween Festivities!
The Neighborhood Association has planned a Halloween Themed Porch Decorating Contest and a Costume Parade for Halloween this year.
Register for the Porch Decorating Contest here: Carnes Haunted House Event Registration. Registration will end on October 26th. The judging will take place on October 27th just after dark, and the winner will be announced at the Costume Parade.
Out of an abundance of caution, we will be closing off the roads on October 31 from 4 pm- 6 pm for the costume parade. The closures will be at Parish Farms Drive and Quintan Street, Parish Farms between 1st Avenue and the roundabout, and Wodin Place and Van Buren Drive.
