Road Rejuvenating Project
Starting Monday, October 21st (weather permitting) through Thursday, October 24th there will be an asphalt rejuvenation project commencing on the roads within Carnes Crossroads. During the rejuvenating project, we ask that residents and guests park on the closest street not getting work done on that day, or in the parking area near the pool or offices while your street is being treated.
Trash pick up for the area being treated will still be picked up on Thursday, we have coordinated with City of Goose Creek for trash pickup in this area before 8am so please have your cans out and ready for pick up.
The Summerville Post Office will be holding your mail for the day that your area is being treated. Your mail will be delivered the next day or available for you to pick up at the Summerville post office location.
Please avoid driving or walking on the newly treated surface during the time that your street is being treated as the product will track.
Please keep in mind that during this project, you will only be inconvenienced when work is being completed on your street for one day. We will be sending out regular email blasts with current information about the progress of the project.
Please click below to view or download a check list and color-coded service map that will help you prepare for the work to be done and to coordinate with your scheduled visitors and service providers.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Michael Wilchenski, POA Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 843-471-1495.
