Pool Fob Access & Replacement

Gate attendants at the pool have been instructed not to allow anyone without a working fob access to the facility. If you are having issues with your fob, please stop in the POA office to have it checked or email Michael Wilchenski with the numbers on the back of the fob if you are unable to get to the office during business hours.

Some background about pool fobs and pool access: Use of our pool amenity is regulated by a fob access system on the gate to the pool area. Magnetic access fobs have been issued to owners with current accounts. If your account is delinquent, you must bring it current before a fob will be issued. If your account becomes delinquent at any time, your fob will be deactivated.

If you need to replace your fob, please keep the following in mind:

  • If you loose your fob there will be a $25 per replacement fee (made payable to CCCA).
  • If a fob is broken or damaged and shows visual signs of misuse, you will be responsible for the $25 fob replacement fee.
  • If a fob is in good condition but has just stopped working there will be no charge for a replacement fob.

It is important that as Association members, residents assist in minimizing unauthorized persons at the pool. Please do not open the gate for anyone that does not have an active fob. It is understood that there may be times when residents forget their card, but there also may be some neighbors who have not contributed to the Association funds and are therefore not authorized to have access to the amenity. That owner may have a card that has been deactivated. Please remember that just because they have a card, it does not mean that they are permitted to use the amenity.

Enjoy your swim season, but please adhere to all pool rules while using the amenity this season. Your Association funds are used for the upkeep and repair of the pool and surrounding areas, so please respect the pool area as if it were your own.

Please take a moment to review the rules and regulations for pool usage. You can find more information here.
