An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday and Friday, repeating until May 31, 2016
Spring has sprung and it’s time to get outside! Please join the new Health Fitness Wellness Class starting April 6th on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 am at the Green Barn. This sampler class is free to participate and offers a mixture of gentle stretching, low impact body weight training and gentle slow yoga. Come to one class or come to all. The class schedule will be available shortly.
