Coming Soon To The Crossroads
April 8, 2019 | Around Town
Construction activity along North Main Street has been constant in recent months and we’re excited about what’s taking shape. New shops and dining establishments will be opening later this year across the street from Windmill Station. Here’s the most recent list of confirmed businesses that will be setting up shop:
East Bay Deli
This popular deli currently has five locations throughout Charleston, and four more across the state. At Carnes Crossroads, they’ll be serving classic deli sandwiches, signature salads, soups, baked potatoes, desserts and more. eastbaydeli.com
Steel City Pizza
This will be the third Steel City Pizza location in the Charleston region. Inspired by the neighborhood pizzerias in Pittsburgh, Pa., Steel City offers pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, appetizers, cheesesteaks and much more in a friendly neighborhood restaurant setting. steelcitypizza.com
Arguably the country’s most popular donut shop, Dunkin’ Donuts also offers breakfast sandwiches and its popular coffee drinks. dunkindonuts.com
Polly’s Fine Jewelry
For more than 25 years, Polly’s Fine Jewelry has been Charleston’s trusted local jeweler. The company currently has retail locations in Mt. Pleasant and North Charleston. pollysjewelry.com
In business for more than 150 years, Sherwin Williams is the nation’s largest specialty supplier of paint and paint supplies, with more than 4,200 stores in North America. sherwin-williams.com
Also in town, construction has begun on the medical offices at Low Country Women’s Specialists, and around the corner on St. James Avenue the landscaping is going in around the new Roper St. Francis Berkeley Hospital, which will open later this year.
These new amenities and conveniences mean there will soon be even more reasons to love living and working at Carnes Crossroads!
